Tyrone - Project Coordinator
Tyrone began his career in construction over 20 years ago as a Forman. His responsibilities include Site supervision, provide a technical support to the team, reviewing of accounts, working with sub trades on administrative matters, and supporting Team’s Superintendents.
His day beings with morning meeting with the other estimators, project managers and field staff to address concerns such as site instructions or anything that may change Reliance’s scope of work in the contract. He assesses the impact these changes will have on the overall project and determines a fair resolution with the customer.
Yasser - Senior Estimator
Yasser is a Professional Estimator. He has 17 years of construction experience, He completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering in 2000. He joined Reliance Painting in 2021 as an Estimator.
His on-site experience coupled with his attention to detail and background about the construction method help him to result in accurate project cost estimation. He has experience of reducing project costs by assessing design economics, ensuring consultant drawing coordination, risk management and value engineering.
Debora - Estimator
Debora is a recent graduate. In May 2020, she completed her Bachelors of Applied Science Civil Engineering at University of Ottawa. Debora joined the team in the course of achieving her degree, precisely in January 2019.
She takes the role of an Estimator in the region of Ottawa. Her ability to read the plan, see the big picture and perseverance allows her to do her job very well. With the team, Debora is ready to face the many challenges construction presents.
